We were a little shy to have any work done on our home as our last experience with a home remodel (and different company’s altogether) was disastrous. I just wanted to let you know that a couple of your guys, James and Ronnie, came by our new house to deliver a couple of mirrors the other day and they went beyond the call of duty to make everything right. Something was confusing about whether they were to install the mirrors, or just deliver them.... And they installed them perfectly.
Just wanted you to know you've got a good team working for you.
By the way, we moved across the street to that house with the indoor pool... I think you said you put in the windows for them whenever they built the pool... I'll be calling for a couple more things pretty soon. We have done some renovation... You'll have to come by and see us."

"I am so pleased with the shower door your company installed last Friday. It is so nice to finally be able to take a shower in my own bathroom. Now I just need to get the room painted. Hopefully sooner than later!
The two installers you sent to my home did a nice job, and were very courteous. They also went beyond the call of duty. They caulked under my existing mirror saying that whoever installed it did not do this step, and it needed to be done to protect that small area from water. I take note of service men who do that type of thing. That tells me they take pride in their work, and I always use them again if I need that kind of work done. I will definitely call you again. I am considering installing shower doors in my two children's bathrooms, possibly later this year.

"Sometimes you just have to stop and say Thanks. Last week we had to go to Nashville and complete some final touches for a job. We had completed all of our millwork for a store fixture and the only remaining time was the glass. As I pulled into Nashville I realized that I had forgotten those little buttons that are placed under glass to prevent sliding.
After unloading I asked Ed Wheeler of Pro Venture Development, the GC on the job, if he could give me the name of a glass company that may be able to sell me those little buttons. My main concern was that I would be chasing after these little buttons half the day. About 5 minutes later Ed said he had taken care of this for me and not to worry. I went about my work. About half-an-hour later Mr. Wheeler hands me an envelope with more than enough of these little buttons. He didn't ask for payment, he just told me that he called a "Good Guy" who didn't even blink to help an old friend. I was able to complete my work and be on my way.
Well again, I have to just stop and say thanks Wayne for a great act of service for someone who you didn't even know. Your attitude is a testament to the type of company you represent. You are a Good Guy."
